Your margin comes from your tier markup, applied automatically on top of the net fare. The tier, and the markup that goes with it, is visible in your agent settings and moves with your volume.
Creators are paid commission on attributed bookings instead, released after the travel date has passed and any refund window has closed. Payout requests are made from the creator dashboard and settled to the bank account on file.
