Most packages can be secured with a deposit rather than the full price. The deposit amount and the balance due date are shown on the package before you reserve.
The balance is normally due a set number of days before departure — for group departures this is driven by when we must pay the airline and hotels.
If a balance is not paid by its due date the reservation can be released and the deposit may be forfeited, so tell us early if you need a different arrangement.
