House rules — guest count, parties, smoking, pets — are listed on the property and are enforced by the host. Exceeding the booked guest count is the most common cause of a stay being ended early, with no refund.
To cancel, open the stay under Trips and use the cancellation option, or raise a request if you need to talk it through.
