A refusal is a decision of the destination's immigration authority. Neither we nor any agent can appeal it on your behalf as a matter of course, though some destinations offer a formal appeal or administrative review route.
Government fees are not refunded on refusal. Our service fee covers the work done on the application and is likewise not refunded once lodged.
