How to pay for your flight by bank transfer

Paying by bank transfer

1. Complete your booking details and hold your fare. You will land on the reservation page with a payment summary.
2. The page shows the Air Pockets account name, account number and bank. Transfer the exact naira amount shown.
3. Use your booking reference (PNR) as the transfer narration so we can match it quickly.
4. Once the money has left your bank, press I have paid on the reservation page.
5. Our team verifies the transfer against our account and approves the booking. You will get an email and an in-app notification the moment your ticket is issued.

How long does approval take?

During business hours (08:00-20:00 WAT) most transfers are matched within an hour of landing in our account. Inter-bank transfers occasionally take longer to settle on the bank side, which is outside our control.

If your hold is close to expiring

Press I have paid as soon as you have sent the money, even if the bank has not settled it yet. That marks the reservation as payment-declared and protects it from the automatic expiry sweep while we check.
